"Makes my job a lot easier"
As the person who usually ends up handling office tech purchases, I really appreciate how easy our cdw account manager makes everything. If I’m stuck or not sure what to order, he gets back to me quickly, checks on orders without me having to chase, and points me to the right stuff without turning it into a whole ordeal. It just makes buying for the office feel a lot less frustrating

"Reliable delivery, with one small hiccup"
I ordered a few office supplies from CDW and, overall, it went smoothly. The tracking updates were clear, and the package arrived right when they said it would. The only downside was that the box had a small dent when it showed up, which made me a little nervous at first. Luckily, everything inside was fine. Not a flawless experience, but I’d say it was still a good one

Had a good experience with CDW, ngl. The communication was the big thing for me—they got back to me super quick when I had a question and even followed up after, which I really appreciated. Made the whole order way less stressful

"Warranty help took too long"
I had a frustrating time dealing with cdw on a warranty/RMA issue. Buying the product was fine. No problem there.

But once I needed help, it got messy. I kept getting passed around, and the updates were vague. Had to follow up more than once just to figure out what was going on.

It wasn’t the worst support experience ever. Just slow and not super helpful. I’d probably think twice before ordering again.

CDW had the laptop I needed when a bunch of other places seemed to be out of stock. Checkout was simple, and it shipped in what felt like just a few days. Overall, a smooth experience.

"Felt overpriced to me"
I only tried it once, but based on that experience, it seemed like the prices were high for what you get. Maybe it’s just how they usually price things, but it didn’t feel worth it to me.

"Solid Help With Our Adobe Licenses"
I needed to get our team’s Adobe licenses sorted out and, my first reaction was that it was probably going to be a hassle. CDW support proved me wrong quickly. They got things fixed without too much back and forth, though I did have to follow up once. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d use them again

"I returned a cable and the refund just..."
I returned a cable and the refund just dragged on way longer than I expected. Support was polite enough, but I kept getting passed from one person to another, which got frustrating. It wasn’t the worst experience, but compared to other returns I’ve done, this one just felt... more annoying than it needed to be

"Support was solid when we actually needed it"
We had a hiccup with a laptop order and then a few setup questions once it showed up. I’ll be honest, I already expected CDW to handle it better than most since I’ve had decent experiences with them before, and this pretty much confirmed that for me. Support got back to us quickly and it didn’t turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth runarounds.

The tech seemed like he actually knew what he was talking about and explained everything in plain English, which I really appreciated. We had it all sorted out the same day, so overall it felt like the kind of reliable support I figured we’d get.

"Wish I’d ordered sooner"
I ordered from cdw the package got here faster than I expected. Tracking was decent too, even if it wasn’t perfect the whole way. Kind of wish I hadn’t waited so long to place the order, because it ended up being smooth overall. No real complaints.

“Scam company, they will collect your data. Then after some time claim that the product is discontinued.”

Looking for past customers. i just ordered a laptop and saw these reviews. my only concern would be that i'm getting what i paid for in laptop. i dont care about much support except warranty. it's 2017 if you can't fix your own computer get a notepad lol

“If you read the reviews, you will see that CDW repeatedly sells items they don't have in stock and staff lies about when they will be able to ship. If you want to actually buy a computer, instead of just ordering it so you can hope it arrives, look somewhere else.”
